First vegan cake ever! I don’t think I could have done it without my handy apprentice Justin. He helped me pull through. There was a large learning curve for this cake but it turned out ok in the end.
All natural colours. All vegan.
Note: Chocolate icing on white fondant is NOT good for hiding mistakes.
looks awesome kayley! and i'll bet it tastes awesome too! it is very helpful to have an apprentice on hand isn't it? derek has reluctantly become my go-to fondant roller :)

ReplyDeleteI'm sooo glad I had an apprentice! Couldn't have done it without him. I'm glad you have one too.. that's the worst part haha. I like those machines that roll it out, but our apprentices would be out of a job.
When are we combining forces to pump out a cake?!
