First vegan cake ever! I don’t think I could have done it without my handy apprentice Justin. He helped me pull through. There was a large learning curve for this cake but it turned out ok in the end.

All natural colours. All vegan.

Note: Chocolate icing on white fondant is NOT good for hiding mistakes.

  2. Thanks Megs! The components tasted ok, just waiting for the response on the whole cake.

    I'm sooo glad I had an apprentice! Couldn't have done it without him. I'm glad you have one too.. that's the worst part haha. I like those machines that roll it out, but our apprentices would be out of a job.

    When are we combining forces to pump out a cake?!
