Abbers on Halloween. She scared a few kids and had to be put in the penalty box a few times but overall we had a pretty funny Halloween.

It seems that kids don’t enjoy Halloween as much as my friends and I did back when we were actually allowed to go trick or treating. It’s kind of sad to see the tradition slowly dying in our city. I’ll still find it pretty special at least!

Went to the new Telus Sparks Science Centre today. It is a beautiful addition to our city and I have to admit it was fun being a kid again and learning there. If you haven’t gone yet, try and make an appearance! It won’t disappoint.

New washer and dryer set. Our old ones kicked the bucket and have been replaced by these shiny new ones.

It sure leaves my clothes feeling cleaner than ever!

Arrived home with a new vehicle. Abby will be happy to know that we now have a set of wheels to cruise in (not this ride of course).

I finally got to carve a pumpkin! I’ve been waiting the last four years to be able to be at home and carve a pumpkin like I used to do! I saw pictures all over facebook of people carving them so I had to do mine too (even though it’s a little premature). This was the practice round because we aren’t sure if they will actually make it until Halloween.
