UBC icon, I had to take a picture before I left campus!
Today I put in my one month notice for my apartment. It’s going to be sad saying goodbye to Vancouver but I’m looking forward to restarting my life in Calgary.

Today I decided to play around with the shutter speed to mix things up a bit. This would have been a perfect opportunity to test out the filters but of course they were forgotten at home.
Interesting concept from David Noton even though I might need practice on the execution. Check out his blog if you have a chance, he’s amazing: http://davidnoton.blogspot.com/
This video camera has some fairly memorable moments of our last semester of our last year at UBC. It will be interesting to see what moments have been captured on film.
Today we video taped a fellow LFSer competing in Storm the Wall. Clearly all I can think about this week is the competition.
LFS = Land and Food System
Fellow photo society club member took on the 12 foot wall all by himself this year. He got over the wall on his first try after swimming, a sprint, a bike, and then a ‘long’ run.
My team, Vitamin D(ominate), faired pretty well today! We will see if we advance to the finals and I’m crossing my fingers for a threepeat (third time champs sounds pretty awesome!).
Ella being the tough guard dog in Kits. Someone has to do the job properly, KC just sleeps out there.
For everyone who doesn’t remember what it’s like to experience spring, here you go. Yes, spring has sprung in Vancouver!
Finally, I was able to experience grad dinner! This night was filled with amazing people, food, and wine (yes I drank wine and enjoyed it haha).
Thanks to everyone who made this night so memorable.
